驾考新规2021增加哪些科目
2021年驾驶证新规
1、调整科目二考试项目
小型自动挡汽车驾驶证科目二取消“坡道定点停车和起步”项目；
2、缩短科目三约考时间
按照规定，科目三要超过科目一考试合格后的规定时间才能约考，小型自动挡汽车驾驶证由原来的通过科目一后30天缩短至20天；增驾大中型客货车的，则由原来的40天缩短至30天；
3、异地分科目考试次数增驾
申请小型汽车驾驶证的，异地分科目考试允许变更考试地的次数由原来1次调整为不超过3次。
4、方便退役军人和出国人员办理换证
将与军方建立驾驶证信息互联机制，实现信息自动核查、比对，避免往返核查，方便退役军人就业、从业。
出国人员因疫情无法及时办理换证业务的，可以委托国内人员申请延期办理，如果在2021年年底前未及时办理被注销的，可以在回国后的6个月内办理。
5、优化驾驶证代办服务流程
老年人可以通过亲友的交管12123账号由亲友代办驾驶证业务；并且交管部门还优化了窗口服务流程，为老年人开设专门的窗口或绿色通道；另外委托他人代办驾驶证业务的，不在需要出具纸质委托证明。

2021司法考试科目规定
国家统一法律职业资格考试客观题考试共两卷。分为试卷一、试卷二，每张试卷100道试题，分值为150分，其中单项选择题50题、每题1分，多项选择题和不定项选择题共50题、每题2分，两张试卷总分为300分。
具体考试科目如下：
试卷一：中国特色社会主义法治理论、法理学、宪法、中国法律史、国际法、司法制度和法律职业道德、刑法、刑事诉讼法、行政法与行政诉讼法

C证——属于国家规定放宽学历条件地区，报名学历为法律专科，当年考试成绩达到公布的放宽地区合格分数线的考生。
注意：改革后原法律职业资格B证已经取消，只有A、C两类证书，但原已考过司法考试的考生，证书不受影响。
